ICCD Animal Rescue Shelter Inc. is a nonprofit, non-government animal rescue based in Libmanan, Camarines Sur, Bicol, Philippines.
The shelter is dedicated to rescuing and protecting abandoned, injured, and neglected animals, providing them with safe shelter, food, and essential medical care.
Driven by compassion and a deep commitment to animal welfare, ICCD works tirelessly to improve the lives of vulnerable dogs and cats in the community.
The shelter’s work is supported by Global Alliance Worldwide Chauffeured Services, located in Toronto, Canada, and owned by Joe and Lee Ironi, and Chris and Nina Sarris.
Through this support and the generosity of staff and donors, ICCD continues its mission of rescuing animals in need and giving them the care, protection, and dignity they deserve.
